Role Description

We are hiring aDigital Marketing Specialistwith hands-on experience inMeta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid ad campaigns to generate leads and improve business growth. The role also requiresbasic Canva knowledgefor creating simple ad creatives and promotional posts.

Responsibilities

• Run and optimize Meta ad campaigns for Facebook and Instagram
• Manage page activities through Meta Business Suite
• Create and manage Google Ads campaigns
• Track campaign performance and improve results based on data
• Work on audience targeting, budget allocation, and A/B testing
• Create basic creatives in Canva as needed
• Share campaign reports and improvement suggestions

Required Skills

• Experience in Meta Ads Manager
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite
• Experience in Google Ads
• Basic Canva designing knowledge
• Understanding of paid campaign metrics and lead generation
