Key Responsibilities
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Campaign Management:
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns/initiatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns, providing insights for optimization.
- Social Media Management:
- Schedule, post, and manage content for the social media platforms of Abate Group and all its subsidiaries after taking approval from the Head of Digital marketing.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments as needed.
- Coordinate with designers to ensure high-quality visual content.
- SEO Coordination:
- Collaborate with the SEO vendor to ensure seamless execution of SEO strategies across the Abate Group.
- Communicate updates, feedback, and requirements between the internal team and the SEO vendor.
- Track and report on SEO performance to ensure goals are met.
- Content Marketing:
- Ensure all content is consistent with the Abate Group's brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Performance Tracking & Analytics:
- Use digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor marketing efforts across channels.
- Provide regular reports on performance and suggest areas for improvement.
- WhatsApp, SMS and Email Campaigns:
- Schedule, and manage WhatsApp, SMS and Email campaigns to engage with the target audience.
- Monitor performance and analyze results to optimize future campaigns.
- Ensure messages align with brand voice and meet compliance regulations.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Coordinate with internal teams and departments within the Abate Group and its subsidiaries to align digital marketing efforts.
- Perform any other jobs assigned by the Head of Digital Marketing, CMO, CMD, or any other superiors.
