Job Title: Digital Marketing Expert (Performance + Branding)

About The Role
We are looking for a highly performance-driven Digital Marketing Expert who can take complete ownership of branding, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience in scaling ad campaigns and is excited to build from scratch in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage ad budgets efficiently with a proven ability to scale campaigns
- Deliver consistent 5X+ ROI on campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve performance
Branding & Growth
- Build and execute end-to-end branding strategies
- Develop positioning, messaging, and storytelling for the brand
- Oversee social media growth, engagement, and content direction
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Design and optimize customer acquisition funnels (ads landing conversion)
- Improve conversion rates through data-driven decisions
- Work on retargeting and lifecycle marketing strategies
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs like CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
- Use insights to continuously refine marketing strategies
Startup Execution
- Work closely with founders on growth experiments
- Handle 01 marketing setup and scaling strategies
- Bring innovative, low-cost growth hacks alongside paid ads
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Must have managed 10+ lakh ad spend on Meta Ads
- Proven track record of achieving 5X+ ROI on campaigns
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnels, and analytics
- Experience in handling end-to-end branding and marketing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong ownership mindset and execution speed
