Role Overview

We'relooking for a creative and results-driven Social MediaExecutiveto lead and execute social media strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients.You'llplay a key role in building brand presence, engaging audiences, and driving measurable outcomes across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client goals
  • Manage day-to-day content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram,LinkedIn,etc.)
  • Plan and execute content calendars with a strong understanding of trends and audience behavior, Contentschedulingand Quality control.
  • Create, curate, and oversee engaging content (copy,Creatives,visuals, video ideas)
  • Monitor performance metrics andoptimizecampaigns for growth and conversions
  • Manage paid social campaigns in collaboration with the PPC team
  • Engage with online communities and respond to comments/messagesin a timely manner
  • Stayup-to-datewith platform updates, trends, and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, content, design, web development)
  • Prepare performance reports and present insights to clients

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
  • Experience with social media tools
  • Proven ability to grow social media accounts and drive engagement
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Australian brands/market
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
  • Video content creation or editing skills
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing
