Role Overview
We'relooking for a creative and results-driven Social MediaExecutiveto lead and execute social media strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients.You'llplay a key role in building brand presence, engaging audiences, and driving measurable outcomes across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client goals
- Manage day-to-day content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram,LinkedIn,etc.)
- Plan and execute content calendars with a strong understanding of trends and audience behavior, Contentschedulingand Quality control.
- Create, curate, and oversee engaging content (copy,Creatives,visuals, video ideas)
- Monitor performance metrics andoptimizecampaigns for growth and conversions
- Manage paid social campaigns in collaboration with the PPC team
- Engage with online communities and respond to comments/messagesin a timely manner
- Stayup-to-datewith platform updates, trends, and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, content, design, web development)
- Prepare performance reports and present insights to clients
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
- Experience with social media tools
- Proven ability to grow social media accounts and drive engagement
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
- Creative thinker with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Australian brands/market
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Video content creation or editing skills
- Knowledge of influencer marketing
