SimBal Studios is a multidisciplinary creative and marketing studio working with B2B and B2C brands across multiple industries. We deliver strategy-led marketing solutions with a strong focus on performance, brand building, and lead generation.
We are looking for a performance-focused Digital Marketing Executive who specialises in Paid Advertising and LinkedIn Marketing (B2B), and also has a good understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and ideation.
Performance Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google & Linkedin.
- Build and manage B2B lead generation funnels, especially via LinkedIn and Google
- Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimisation
- Monitor and optimise CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversions, and ad budgets
- Set up and manage tracking tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and LinkedIn Insight Tag
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
Social Media Planning
- Assist in creating social media strategies aligned with brand and performance goals
- Develop monthly content calendars for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn
- Contribute to content ideation for reels, carousels, static posts, and B2B LinkedIn content
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 03 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads (LinkedIn experience is mandatory)
- Clear understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation
- Working knowledge of social media platforms, content calendars, and ideation
- Ability to balance brand-building and performance-driven marketing
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
Good To Have
- Experience working with B2B brands or marketing agencies
- Knowledge of Google Ads and landing page optimisation
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Experience with A/B testing ad creatives and social content
- Understanding of LinkedIn personal branding and thought leadership
