Key Responsibilities:
- Craft high-engagement content for social media, blogs, emails, and campaigns tailored to fashion/e-commerce audiences, ensuring brand voice consistency.
- Manage social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.): scheduling, community engagement, trend monitoring, and performance analytics.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads: targeting, budgeting, A/B testing, ROI tracking to drive traffic/conversions.
- Analyze data via Google Analytics for strategy refinement and reports on reach, engagement, sales attribution.
- Collaborate on digital initiatives, staying ahead of algorithm changes for organic visibility.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years hands-on office experience in content writing and full-spectrum social media management.
- Expertise in social algorithms with proven adaptation for top performance.
- Proficiency in Google Ads/Meta Ads setup, targeting, and optimization.
- Strong analytics skills using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
- Excellent written/verbal communication with creative, structured approach in fast-paced settings.
Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills):
- Basic SEO familiarity (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush).
- Knowledge of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
- Background in fashion, e-commerce, or AI tech - it's a great plus!
- Interest in business/digital analysis, like spotting trends, forecasting, or competitive insights.
