Job Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing / SEO Executive with 1-3 years of experience who understands that modern marketing goes beyond traffic and rankings. The ideal candidate will work across SEO, content distribution, performance tracking, and AI-assisted marketing, helping build sustainable organic and inbound growth for 2026 and beyond.

This role suits someone who is curious about AI-powered search, data-driven decisions, and omnichannel digital visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute SEO-led digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Optimise website content for search engines, AI search results, and user intent
  • Conduct semantic and entity-based keyword research for blogs, landing pages, and campaigns
  • Collaborate with content teams to improve topical authority, internal linking, and engagement
  • Support content marketing, organic growth campaigns, and distribution strategies
  • Track and analyse performance using GA4, Search Console, and modern analytics dashboards
  • Improve website visibility through on-page, technical SEO, and structured data
  • Assist in optimising content for featured snippets, FAQs, AI answers, and voice search
  • Monitor competitors, SERP changes, and emerging digital marketing trends
  • Experiment with AI tools to improve research, content optimisation, and workflow efficiency

Required Skills

  • Search intent, semantic SEO, and topic clustering
  • On-page & Off-page SEO, content optimisation, and internal linking
  • Technical SEO fundamentals (indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals)
  • AI-driven search awareness (AI overviews, generative and chat-based search)
  • Optimisation for answer-based search and LLM visibility
  • Structured data, schema markup, and entity optimisation
  • Use of AI tools for SEO, content optimisation, and analysis
  • Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools
  • Organic funnel analysis, attribution, and conversion tracking
  • Content distribution, email marketing, and social amplification basics
  • Data analysis and actionable insight generation
  • E-E-A-T principles and content quality optimisation
  • UX, page experience, and performance impact on SEO

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing automation, Agents or AI-assisted workflows
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for SEO implementation
  • Exposure to programmatic SEO or scalable content systems
  • Understanding of international SEO or localisation strategies
