Digital Marketing Manager Star Estate

Salary: 12 LPA - 18 LPA

Location: Bengaluru

Experience Required:

Minimum 8 years of total experience in Digital Marketing.

At least 5 years of specific experience in Residential Real Estate digital marketing.

Proven experience handling large-scale campaigns with a monthly budget of up to 1 Crore.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to generate quality leads for real

estate projects.

Oversee the execution of digital campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads,

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.

Collaborate with the sales and content teams to align marketing efforts with overall

business goals.

Analyze and present performance metrics, making data-driven decisions for continuous

improvement.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and real estate

markets.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and CRM tools.

Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization.

Ability to manage a high-budget monthly ad spend and track campaign performance.

Excellent communication and team management skills.

Work Schedule:

Sunday Off

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
