Digital Marketing - Senior Analyst

Role Overview

Namshi is looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale a performance marketing channel end-to-end. This role requires strong analytical skills, commercial thinking, and hands-on campaign execution experience within e-commerce environments.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on marketing performance while driving measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own a digital marketing channel end-to-end (planning, execution, optimization, reporting)
  2. Manage campaign budgets and ensure performance against revenue and ROAS targets
  3. Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and conversion funnels
  4. Identify optimization opportunities through data analysis and testing
  5. Work closely with product, analytics, finance, and creative teams
  6. Build dashboards and performance reports for stakeholders
  7. Drive incrementality through experimentation and structured testing
  8. Support automation, tracking implementation, and attribution improvements

Requirements

  1. 4+ years of performance marketing experience
  2. Experience in e-commerce or agency-side management of e-commerce clients
  3. Strong numerical and analytical skills
  4. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
  5. Experience with attribution tools and analytics platforms
  6. Strong understanding of paid channels (Google, Meta, Snapchat, etc.)
  7. Ability to independently manage budgets and performance targets
  8. SQL knowledge is a strong plus
