Digital Marketing - Senior Analyst
Role Overview
Namshi is looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale a performance marketing channel end-to-end. This role requires strong analytical skills, commercial thinking, and hands-on campaign execution experience within e-commerce environments.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on marketing performance while driving measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a digital marketing channel end-to-end (planning, execution, optimization, reporting)
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure performance against revenue and ROAS targets
- Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and conversion funnels
- Identify optimization opportunities through data analysis and testing
- Work closely with product, analytics, finance, and creative teams
- Build dashboards and performance reports for stakeholders
- Drive incrementality through experimentation and structured testing
- Support automation, tracking implementation, and attribution improvements
Requirements
- 4+ years of performance marketing experience
- Experience in e-commerce or agency-side management of e-commerce clients
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Experience with attribution tools and analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of paid channels (Google, Meta, Snapchat, etc.)
- Ability to independently manage budgets and performance targets
- SQL knowledge is a strong plus
