We are looking for a passionate and dynamic experienced retail marketing Professional to join our team at Manipal Hospitals!

Role: Retail Marketing

Location: Bangalore

Key Purpose of the Job :

To lead the creation, launch, and ongoing growth of an integrated healthcare retail platform offering preventive health check packages, vaccinations, telemedicine services, and home care solutions. This role is responsible for managing product developmentfrom concept through commercializationby coordinating with crossfunctional stakeholders (e.g. clinical teams, operations, marketing, legal, regulatory, technology, and external partners). The successful candidate will drive gotomarket execution primarily via digital channels, while also overseeing offline marketing initiatives and partnerships to maximize reach and adoption. The overarching goal is to ensure seamless delivery of consumercentric healthcare services, elevate patient satisfaction, and drive scalable revenue growth.

What Youll Do:

  • Define & prioritize product roadmap for health check packages, vaccination offerings, telemedicine modules, and home-care services
  • Engage stakeholders such as clinicians, medical operations, quality & compliance, engineering, sales, digital marketing, and external service providers
  • Translate clinical and consumer insights into product specs, user stories, and implementation plans using Agile methods
  • Drive product launch and market adoption, coordinating digital marketing (e.g. social media, email, app stores) alongside offline campaigns (e.g. community outreach, point-of-care promotion)
  • Monitor performance metrics, gather user feedback, iterate on offerings, and optimize user experience and commercial impact
  • Manage regulatory compliance, financial planning, vendor partnerships, and interdepartmental communications
