Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Quality Analyst

Location: Ahmadabad

Experience: 2+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance: Ensure all digital marketing campaigns meet internal quality standards and client expectations.

Campaign Monitoring: Regularly track Ads campaign performance, identify gaps, and provide actionable feedback.

Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement to improve campaign effectiveness and quality metrics.

Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation and generate reports on QA audits, issues, and improvements.

Collaboration: Work closely with digital marketers and content teams to resolve quality issues and ensure consistency.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Minimum 1 year in quality control or digital marketing with a focus on paid Ads.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

Tools Expertise: Proficiency in QA tools such as EWOQ, QASA, Q+, and campaign performance dashboards.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail in reviewing creatives, content, and campaign setup.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present insights and feedback.

Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze issues and propose effective solutions promptly.

Time Management: Capable of managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines efficiently.

Team Collaboration: Must be a cooperative team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Required Skills:

1+ Year in digital marketing quality assurance, preferably in Ads campaign management.

Experience in Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Facebook Ads certifications highly desirable.

SEO/SEM Knowledge: Understanding of SEO and SEM best practices.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Innovation: A proactive mindset with a knack for suggesting process improvements and optimization ideas.

Content management in quality and digital marketing, with a focus on Ads

Proficiency in using campaign setup, optimization, and reporting tools like (EWOQ, QASA and Q+ etc).

RCA and Call calibration

Must have work experience with BPO clients
