Job Title: Digital Marketing Quality Analyst

Key Responsibilities

- Quality Assurance: Ensure all digital marketing campaigns meet internal quality standards and client expectations.

- Campaign Monitoring: Regularly track Ads campaign performance, identify gaps, and provide actionable feedback.

- Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and quality metrics.

- Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation and generate reports on QA audits, issues, and improvements.

- Collaboration: Work closely with digital marketers and content teams to resolve quality issues and ensure consistency.

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: Minimum 1 year in quality control or digital marketing with a focus on paid Ads.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

- Tools Expertise: Proficiency in QA tools such as EWOQ, QASA, Q+, and campaign performance dashboards.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail in reviewing creatives, content, and campaign setup.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present insights and feedback.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze issues and propose effective solutions promptly.

- Time Management: Capable of managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines efficiently.

- Team Collaboration: Must be a cooperative team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills :

1+ Year in digital marketing quality assurance, preferably in Ads campaign management

- Certifications: Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Facebook Ads certifications highly desirable.

- SEO/SEM Knowledge: Understanding of SEO and SEM best practices.

- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced digital marketing environment.

- Innovation: A proactive mindset with a knack for suggesting process improvements and optimization ideas.
