About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Canadian mortgage agent clients, ensuring seamless communication and the successful delivery of all marketing projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with our internal creative and technical teams—such as content creators, video editors, designers, and ads specialists—to meet project deadlines and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project management or client-facing account management within a digital marketing or creative agency environment.
- At least 2 years of experience working with international clients, specifically based in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, or Australia.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, handle feedback professionally, and drive projects to successful completion.
- Deep understanding of social media marketing, content creation workflows, LinkedIn outreach, Google Ads management, and website design processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary client-facing contact for all Canadian mortgage agent clients, managing daily communication, expectations, and deliverables.

- Coordinate with creative and technical teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery across social media content, outreach campaigns, and website design.

- Collaborate with the Google Ads team to set campaign objectives, review performance metrics, and communicate results to clients.
- Oversee website design projects from initial concept through launch, managing revisions and client feedback.
- Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to streamline workflows, enhance content quality, and improve team efficiency.
- Continuously research and adopt new marketing techniques, emerging tools, and design trends to enhance service quality and innovation.
- Handle the monthly billing cycle, including preparing, sending, and following up on invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Provide regular updates, detailed reports, and performance summaries to clients and internal leadership teams.
