The candidate in this position will work to strengthen the digital ecosystem including website, SEO, performance marketing, and social media towards measurable growth, lead generation, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Management & UI/UX
- Website performance, structure, and ongoing enhancements
- Coordinate on updates, landing pages, and integrations
- Strong UI/UX aligned to conversion goals
- Monitor site performance
- SEO
- Drive end-to-end SEO strategy (technical + on-page + off-page)
- Work with agency on audits, keyword strategy, and content planning
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions
- Build content clusters and pillar strategies
- SEM / Performance Marketing
- Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, search, display)
- Optimize for lead generation, cost efficiency, and ROI
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting
- Track conversions and attribution models
- Social Media Marketing
- Strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Organic growth and paid amplification
- Content alignment with brand narrative and engagement goals
- Tracking and monitoring engagement, reach, and conversion metrics
- Agency Management
- Manage digital, SEO, and performance marketing agencies
- Create clear briefs, define KPIs, and track performance
- Ensure reviews with actionable insights
- Ensure accountability on deliverables and timelines
- Analytics & Reporting
- Set up and monitor GA4, GSC, and other analytics tools
- Build dashboards for traffic, leads, conversions, and funnel performance
- Identify gaps and optimization opportunities
- Translate data into actionable insights
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems (SEO, SEM, UI/UX)
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
- Familiarity with tools (GA4, Google Ads, SEO tools)
- Ability to connect marketing efforts with business outcomes
- Strong execution and vendor management capability
Qualifications & Experience
- 5–7 years in Digital/Performance Marketing roles
- Experience in SEO + SEM + website management
- Experience working with relevant agencies
- MBA/PG in Marketing / Digital / equivalent preferred
