Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in SEO, SEM, and organic growth strategies. This role focuses on driving visibility, traffic, and lead generation through data-driven marketing and AI-enabled optimization techniques, including AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
  • Optimize website architecture, landing pages, and content for search engines and answer engines (AEO)
  • Identify opportunities to improve organic rankings and search visibility

Performance Marketing (SEM)

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and paid search campaigns
  • Track and improve key metrics including CTR, CPC, ROI, and conversions
  • Optimize campaigns for performance and cost efficiency

Content & Optimization

  • Collaborate with content and design teams to improve landing page performance
  • Contribute to SEO-led content strategies including blogs, landing pages, and thought leadership
  • Ensure content aligns with search intent, brand voice, and conversion goals

Analytics & Growth Insights

  • Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush
  • Identify new growth opportunities across organic and AI-driven search channels
  • Use AI tools (GPT or similar) for content optimization and workflow efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 23 years of experience in Digital Marketing with strong SEO & SEM exposure
  • Proven expertise in organic growth and search-led marketing strategies
  • Understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), voice search, and AI-driven search trends
  • Hands-on experience with GPT or AI tools for marketing/content optimization
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
