We're now looking for a Digital Marketing Partner who's ready to grow with us, work directly with the founder, and take charge of driving brand visibility and lead generation
Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in scaling our startup's digital presence and our clients success. From content planning to campaign execution, you'll handle the full marketing cycle with the creative freedom to experiment and the responsibility to deliver real results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute social media and performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop content strategies reels, posts, captions, and ad copies
- Manage brand pages and communities across multiple platforms
- Research and implement lead generation tactics for clients and the agency
- Track campaign results using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and reporting tools
- Collaborate with creative and video teams to produce engaging content
- Brainstorm and implement growth strategies for Ztackx and partner brands
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in Digital Marketing, SMM, or Performance
- MarketingStrong understanding of content planning, targeting, and ad optimization
- Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools
- Good communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for marketing, branding, and startups
- Willingness to work closely with the founder and grow together
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or marketing automation
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva Magic, etc.)
- Prior experience in a creative agency or startup environment
