Role Overview:

We are, a UK based group of companies, seeking a high-calibre Digital Marketing Manager with 5–6 years of experience to own and execute a comprehensive 2026 growth roadmap. You will be responsible for transforming our digital presence across multiple specialist property and finance brands, building a scalable growth engine that generates high - quality inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & SEO Management :

  • Conduct on-page SEO optimization, including keyword research and content drafting.
  • Create service-led and location-led pages to capture intent from buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
  • Publish regular SEO-optimized blogs and guides, utilizing AI tools refined for accuracy.
  • Optimize Google Business Profiles to strengthen local search visibility.

2. Social Media & Content Creation :

  • Plan and publish platform-specific social content across all group brands.
  • Develop short-form, insight-led video content (Reels/TikToks) and local storytelling.
  • Maintain visual consistency and brand recognition using Canva Pro creative systems.

3. Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing :

  • Design and execute segmented email journeys tailored to specific audience intents (seller, landlord, etc.).
  • Create AI-assisted email content, including subject lines and market updates.
  • Set up automated follow-ups to maximize conversion from existing inquiries.

4. Outbound Outreach & Business Development :

  • Identify high-quality prospect lists using tools like Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns, including cold email, cold calling, and compliant SMS outreach.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales stakeholders.

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting :

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including website traffic, engagement rates, and lead volume.
  • Deliver monthly growth reports and insights for each brand to the leadership team.

Candidate Requirements :

  • Experience: 5–6 years in digital marketing and outbound growth roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO Canva Pro, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI-assisted content tools.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the UK property market, estate agency, and
  • finance sectors is highly desirable.
  • Mindset: A system-led approach to growth rather than sporadic activity; must be able to build and manage clear workflows.

Working Hours:

  • UK Business Hours : Standard working hours (Based on IST Time)
  • Monday to Friday : 01:00 pm - 10:30 pm during Summer and 02:00 pm - 11:30 pm during Winters.
  • 5 Days Working. Weekend will be off.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
