• Position: Digital Marketing Manager
• Location: Work From Home
• Salary: 50,000 per month
• Working Days: 6 Days per Week
• Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Digital Marketing team.
• Provide team training, mentoring, and performance management.
• Develop and execute SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GCO (Generative Content Optimization) strategies.
• Manage Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
• Monitor website performance, indexing, rankings, and organic traffic growth.
• Implement advanced AI technologies and automation in digital marketing processes.
• Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
• Coordinate with content, SEO, and technical teams to achieve business goals.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of Digital Marketing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team handling and leadership abilities.
• Experience in training and mentoring teams.
• Advanced knowledge of SEO, AEO, GCO, and AI-driven marketing.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing platforms.

Eligibility

• Proven track record in digital marketing management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• High-speed internet connection and personal laptop/desktop required.
