This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Executive located in West Bengal, India. The IT Executive will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, managing IT operations, and ensuring the efficient administration of network systems. The role involves executing, monitoring, and maintaining IT processes to align with organizational goals and ensure seamless operations.

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing effective Technical Support
• Experience in Network Administration and managing IT Operations
• Sound understanding of general Information Technology practices and systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work as part of a team with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Relevant certifications in IT and networking (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+), preferred
• Familiarity with IT security practices is a plus
