Job Title: Paid Media Manager
Role Overview:
The Paid Media Manager is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms to drive ROI, brand awareness, and lead/customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage campaign budgets, forecasts, and spend allocation.
- Perform daily campaign optimization bids, targeting, creatives, and placements.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ads.
- Define KPIs and measure performance against goals such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad messaging, landing pages, and audience segmentation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports and insights.
- Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and emerging paid media opportunities.
- Manage relationships with platform reps or media partners when applicable.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure accurate data tracking and attribution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in paid media or digital advertising.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale performance campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, GA4, and pixel tracking.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
- Understanding of audience segmentation, conversion funnels, and attribution modelling.
- Experience with retargeting and lookalike audiences.
- Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads preferred.
