Job Description
eWay Corp/Wagento seek a driven and ambitious Marketing Manager who desires success. The ideal candidate is an excellent manager, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about generating new inbound leads for the business.
Individuals should have a proven track record of strategizing and implementing comprehensive online marketing strategies, mostly in the B2B space, targeted at US customers, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive our marketing efforts to new heights.
Key responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution: Developing and implementing comprehensive online marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and market dynamics. Should possess a comprehensive understanding of channel strategies, demand generation, and metrics related to marketing campaigns and analytics.
Market Analysis and Trend Identification: Conducting in-depth market/competition research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and the competitive B2B landscape.
Global Brand Management: Ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning across all international markets, adapting strategies to local cultures and preferences. Overseeing ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.
Leadership and Team Development: Leading and mentoring a diverse team of marketing professionals across different regions, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.
Budget Management: Developing and managing the marketing department's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Capable of conducting analyses of social media, website performance, and overall marketing data to effectively communicate impact and return on investment (ROI).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with other departments such as sales, PMO, and customer service to ensure cohesive strategies and successful product launches.
Digital Marketing and Innovation: Leveraging digital marketing tools and platforms to drive global campaigns, staying ahead of digital trends and technologies. Stay updated on the latest e-commerce, digital marketing trends, and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.
Performance Metrics and Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve business goals. Monitor progress and submit performance reports.
Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty and build strategic partnerships. Focus on enhancing the customer journey and improving the overall shopping experience on the company's e-commerce platforms.
Crisis Management and PR: Handling public relations and crisis management, ensuring the company's reputation is maintained across all markets.
Requirement
Education
Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
