Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to drive lead generation and brand visibility for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running high-converting digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Meta platforms, and other online marketing channels. The candidate must have a proven track record of generating quality leads, improving campaign performance, and increasing sales conversions.
Key Responsibilitie
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads for real estate projects.
- Manage and monitor Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns.
- Develop lead generation strategies to maximize ROI and reduce cost per lead.
- Generate organic leads through SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and other digital channels.
- Create and manage social media calendars, posts, promotions, and engagement activities.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Search Console.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely lead allocation and conversion tracking.
- Manage website content updates, landing pages, and lead capture forms.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
- Optimize marketing budgets and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and marketing content to attract potential customers.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Build brand awareness and enhance online presence across multiple digital platforms.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Expertise in lead generation campaigns, especially in the real estate sector.
- Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of CRM and lead management systems is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
