Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Digital Marketing Manager to lead AI-powered marketing strategies with a strong focus on SEO, LLM (Large Language Model) ranking, social media growth, and lead generation on a target-driven basis. This role requires a strategic leader and hands-on executor who can leverage AI, automation, and advanced digital strategies to deliver measurable business growth.
Core Responsibilities:
1. SEO & LLM Ranking:
- Build LLM-first SEO frameworks to rank in AI-powered search platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.
- Optimize web assets for semantic search, conversational queries, and structured data.
- Conduct competitor/market analysis to identify LLM ranking opportunities.
2. Target-Driven Lead Generation:
- Own end-to-end lead generation strategy (organic, paid, and AI-driven funnels).
- Design and execute target-based campaigns aligned with monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Implement multi-channel demand generation (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Email, Influencer Partnerships).
- Use AI for predictive lead scoring, audience segmentation, and intent-based targeting.
- Continuously optimize CPL (Cost per Lead) and improve MQL SQL Revenue conversion rates.
3. AI-Powered Marketing & Automation:
- Build autonomous marketing workflows using AI and automation platforms (Zapier, HubSpot AI, Salesforce Einstein, Marketo).
- Leverage generative AI for personalized campaigns, scalable content, and chat-driven engagement.
- Automate reporting, lead nurturing, and pipeline management.
4. Social Media & Growth:
- Create cross-platform growth strategies for engagement, community building, and lead generation.
- Use AI-powered social listening to track trends, identify influencers, and manage brand reputation.
- Run paid + organic campaigns optimized for conversions and awareness.
5. Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a digital marketing team (SEO, content, performance ads, social media, automation specialists).
- Collaborate with sales, project managers, and product teams to align digital activities with revenue targets.
- Drive a performance-driven culture, ensuring accountability and innovation across the team.
6. Analytics & Reporting:
- Build real-time dashboards integrating GA4, Looker Studio, BigQuery, and AI-based BI tools.
- Track KPIs: leads generated vs. targets, ROI, automation efficiency, LLM visibility share, conversion rates.
- Deliver monthly/quarterly reports to leadership, with actionable recommendations.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven expertise in target-driven lead generation (B2B & B2C).
- Mastery in SEO + LLM optimization for emerging AI search.
- Advanced knowledge of AI-powered marketing, automation, and growth hacking.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic DSPs.
- Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and decision-making skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business, or Analytics.
- 610 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Certifications in AI-driven marketing, SEO, or digital automation tools are a plus.

- Qualified Leads Generated vs. Targets (MQLs, SQLs).
