Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy:

  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify target markets and customer segments to tailor marketing efforts.

Brand Management:

  • Build and maintain a strong brand presence across all channels.
  • Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent messaging.

Digital Marketing:

  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Analyze and optimize digital performance metrics to maximize ROI.

Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and other creatives to produce high-quality content.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions.

Lead Generation and Conversion:

  • Implement lead-generation strategies to attract and convert potential customers.
  • Develop and optimize customer journey funnels to improve conversion rates.

Event and Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns from concept to execution and measure their effectiveness.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Track and report on marketing expenditures and campaign performance.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Basic Requirements:

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment or Startup.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and data interpretation.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
