Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager (Revenue & Sales Focus)

Location: Sushant Lok Phase 1, Sector 43, Gurgaon Experience: 3+ years Years Work Mode: On-site

The Role: We are not looking for someone to just generate leads or likes. We need a Growth Marketer who takes ownership of the entire funnel, from the first click to the final sale. If you understand how to turn traffic into paying customers and measure success by ROI, not just CPL, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue-First Strategy: Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns (Google, Meta) optimised for closed sales, not just lead volume.
  • Funnel Optimisation: Manage the journey from lead capture to conversion. Implement email automation, retargeting, and nurturing sequences to drive purchase decisions.
  • Sales Alignment: Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality. If the leads aren't buying, you fix the targeting.
  • Data & Analytics: Track ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and CAC (Cost of Acquisition). You are responsible for the bottom line.
  • Conversion Focus: Oversee high-converting ad copy and landing pages specifically designed to sell.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years in Performance Marketing with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
  • Sales Mindset: You understand the sales process and know that a lead is useless unless it converts.
  • Tech Stack: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Managers, and CRMs.
  • Location: Must be comfortable travelling to Sector 43, Gurgaon, daily.
