Position: Manager/ Sr. Manager – Digital Marketing

Experience: 7-12 years

Location: Gurugram, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals (lead generation, brand awareness, client acquisition)

• Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)

• Drive B2B lead generation campaigns including email marketing, landing pages, and funnels

• Oversee SEO & website optimization to improve organic traffic and search rankings

• Plan and manage content marketing strategy (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, social media)

• Handle LinkedIn marketing & personal branding for leadership team

• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc. • Collaborate with sales team to ensure marketing-to-sales conversion and lead quality

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing and business goals.

• Manage and grow the company's presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube.

• Manage external agencies/vendors (if applicable)

• Stay updated with latest trends in digital marketing and implement best practices

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably in B2B / consulting / services industry

• Strong experience in performance marketing & lead generation

• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools, CRM tools and Canva

• Understanding of marketing funnels, conversion optimization, and analytics

• Excellent communication and content understanding

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Qualification:

MBA in Marketing (Preferred) or any master's degree
