We're looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to independently manage and scale our digital ecosystem across website, email, mobile, and performance channels. The role focuses on driving traffic, boosting conversions, and ensuring smooth digital journeys across wellness programs, consultations, masterclasses, and LMS courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full website ownership - audits, updates, performance & coordination with tech team
- Analyse digital performance via GA4, Clarity, Zoho PageSense
- Lead email marketing on Mailchimp - campaigns & automation
- Manage WhatsApp & mobile marketing on WATI
- Drive Google & Meta performance marketing to achieve leads/sales
- Set up digital assets for masterclasses, webinars & paid campaigns
- Handle LMS issues - access, payments, technical queries
- Improve UI/UX & CRO for consults, leads & LMS sales
- Maintain dashboards & manage internal/external stakeholders
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing with website & performance ownership
- Hands-on with Mailchimp, GA4, WATI, Clarity & CRM tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines
- Experience in D2C, wellness, education or consumer tech is a plus
Good to Have
- Certifications in GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRO, or Martech
- Skills in UI/UX, data visualization or growth tools
