About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention across digital channels. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, tracking, and optimizing high-performing campaigns that fuel business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Strategy:

  • Develop and execute integrated media strategies spanning paid (Google, Meta, programmatic, affiliate), owned, and earned channels (social media, content).

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, UAC), Meta, and other relevant digital platforms to increase brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.

SEO & ASO:

  • Recommend, implement, and monitor SEO and App Store Optimization strategies to drive organic traffic and enhance visibility.

Analytics & Optimization:

  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio). Identify insights and optimize conversion funnels to improve ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Design, and Content teams to create and optimize landing pages, ensuring a seamless user experience and consistent brand identity.

Market & Trend Research:

  • Conduct regular research on market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.

Content & Social Media:

  • Support content marketing initiatives, manage social media presence, and build meaningful engagement with online audiences.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay current on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure strategies remain effective and innovative.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing (performance campaigns, media planning, social media, analytics).
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies, platforms, and performance marketing metrics.
  • Highly data-driven, with a passion for testing, learning, and continuous optimization.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Appsflyer, and other analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
