Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global digital marketing strategy that drives brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This position carries full P&L accountability for the marketing function and requires a strategic leader capable of combining analytical insight with commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute a results-oriented digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Oversee the marketing P&L, ensuring effective allocation of budgets to optimize ROI and meet profitability targets.
  • Lead all aspects of digital performance marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email campaigns, influencer marketing, and affiliate partnerships.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making through the use of analytics, reporting, and marketing automation tools.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing digital marketing team, instilling a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Strengthen the organization's brand positioning and lead campaigns that enhance global market presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Finance, to align marketing initiatives with strategic business priorities.
  • Identify emerging markets and opportunities to expand the company's digital footprint across multiple regions.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in handling a team.
  • Track record of delivering measurable business growth and managing marketing P&L responsibility.
  • Strong proficiency in performance marketing, data analytics, and digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing digital campaigns across international markets.
  • Superior leadership, communication, and strategic planning capabilities.
