Roles & Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement monthly digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to inform planning.

Set clear KPIs and track campaign performance against objectives.

2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

Conduct website audits, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization.

Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and implement improvements for search visibility.

Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO-friendly content creation.

3. Social Media Management

Plan, execute, and oversee content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Manage paid and organic campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

Track analytics and optimize strategies to enhance brand presence.

4. Performance Marketing

Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.

Ensure effective targeting, budget allocation, and ROI maximization.

Prepare reports on campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements.

5. Team Management

Lead and mentor junior executives and interns within the digital marketing team.

Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor team deliverables.

Conduct regular training sessions to upskill the team on latest trends and tools.

6. Client Communication & Reporting

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships.

Present strategy proposals, campaign updates, and performance reports.

Address client queries, provide recommendations, and align expectations.

7. Continuous Improvement

Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.

Suggest innovative approaches to enhance client results.

Evaluate tools and technologies that can improve efficiency and performance.
