About the Role:
We are a dynamic and growing migration consultancy, led by a Registered MARA agent, specializing in Australian Visas and Permanent Residency pathways. We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to build our digital presence from the ground up and drive local & international client acquisition.
This is a unique opportunity for a marketing all-rounder to own the digital strategy and execution. You will be instrumental in establishing our local & Australian market presence, optimizing our online footprint for global reach, and implementing systems for sustainable, data-driven growth.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for translating our strategic vision into tangible results, focusing on the following core areas:
Local SEO & Google Business Profile (GBP) Management:
- Establish, verify, and optimize Google Business Profiles for our virtual/physical offices across India, Middle East & Australia.
- Develop and execute a robust local SEO strategy to improve visibility in local search results.
- Manage local citations, reviews, and Q&A to enhance local reputation.
Technical Website & Analytics Implementation:
- Implement and configure foundational digital tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Monitor website performance, track key metrics, and provide insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure the website's technical SEO fundamentals are correctly established and maintained.
Content Strategy & Development:
- Develop a content calendar and create authoritative, SEO-optimized blog content and articles targeting visa-related queries.
- Focus on capturing high-intent search traffic, including AI-assisted searches from prospective visa applicants.
- Clearly communicate our unique selling propositions (MARA agent, quality applications, PR pathways) through all content.
Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Set up and manage a LinkedIn paid advertising campaign focused on qualifying migration & study visa leads to minimize time-wasters.
- Develop and manage other potential paid channels for client acquisition.
- Work on improving the overall lead qualification process through digital means.
Client Engagement & Referral Marketing:
- Propose and help implement a structured referral program to leverage our base of satisfied clients.
- Suggest and support digital strategies for client engagement (e.g., promoting monthly online meetups, newsletters).
Who We Are Looking For:
- A proactive self-starter who can work autonomously to build systems from scratch.
- Hands-on experience with Local SEO and Google Business Profile management is essential.
- Proven ability to set up and use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to derive insights.
- Strong content writing skills with experience in SEO and a knack for creating authoritative, helpful content.
- Experience with setting up and managing paid social campaigns, ideally on LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data and strategies clearly.
- A problem-solver who is eager to test, learn, and optimize for growth.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in the migration, education, or professional services sector.
- Knowledge of international marketing, particularly in regions like India, Southeast Asia, or the Middle East.
- Experience with CRM systems and setting up lead tracking pipelines.
