Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager based in Kochi. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and analysis of digital marketing strategies. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing social media campaigns, generating leads, analyzing web traffic and user engagement through web analytics, and managing the overall digital marketing efforts to increase brand visibility and reach. The role involves developing and optimizing marketing strategies in alignment with the academy's goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation to drive engagement and attract potential customers
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles to create comprehensive strategies
• Practical knowledge of Web Analytics to monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize performance
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to work on-site as part of a dynamic team in Kochi
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the education or finance industry is a plus
