Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Planning
Build and manage complete digital strategy aligned with company goals.
Develop monthly/quarterly content & campaign calendars.
Plan and allocate digital budgets efficiently.
2. Performance Marketing
Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid channels.
Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, and better ROAS.
Run A/B tests and improve marketing funnels.
3. Social Media & Content
Handle content creation and posting for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Develop creative content themes, reels, posts, and engagement strategies.
Coordinate with designers, editors, and content partners.
4. SEO & Website
Improve organic visibility through strong SEO practices.
Manage website updates, landing pages, and user experience.
Work on keyword growth, backlinks, and organic ranking.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs via Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Manager, CRM tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly digital performance dashboards.
Make data-backed decisions and recommendations.
6. Brand Building & Coordination
Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets.
Manage influencer collaborations and brand campaigns.
Handle ORM (Online Reputation Management).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, SEO tools, and CRM systems.
Solid understanding of both organic and paid marketing.
Creative mindset + analytical thinking.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
