Job Description

Key Responsibility:

Achieve monthly and quarterly admission conversion targets.
Provide accurate counselling to students and parents on courses and career options.
Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective students to maximize conversions.
Manage the complete application process, including documentation and verification.
Maintain updated records in CRM/admission systems.
Participate in admission events, webinars, and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with academic, marketing, and finance teams for smooth admissions.
Ensure high levels of student and parent satisfaction.
Adhere to all admission policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
Track and report daily/weekly progress on inquiries, applications, and enrollments.
Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trend
