Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Own performance strategy across Meta Ads (primary), Google Ads, and remarketing.
  • Plan and optimize full-funnel campaigns to drive ROAS, revenue, and repeat purchases.
  • Manage ad creatives, audience testing, bids, and budgets.
  • Track performance using GA4, Meta dashboards, and attribution tools.
  • Implement pixels, UTMs, events, and conversion tracking correctly.
  • Optimize product pages, landing pages, and funnels for higher CVR.
  • Build weekly reports with insights, not just numbers.

  • Strong ROAS
  • Lower CAC / CPA
  • Increased Conversion Rate & Revenue
  • Higher AOV and repeat purchases
Requirements
  • 3 years in performance marketing (e-commerce preferred).
  • Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads scaling budgets profitably.
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads & remarketing.
  • Strong analytics (GA4, Tag Manager, Sheets).
  • Proven record growing online sales.
  • Bonus: experience with Shopify, marketplaces, automation, and creatives testing frameworks.
