Key Responsibilities of Digital Marketing Manager:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies (SEO/SEM, social media, email, content) to meet business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end digital campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, creative development, and performance tracking.
- Optimize website traffic and conversion rates through SEO, paid advertising, and UX/UI improvements.
- Lead content strategy, including blog posts, videos, and social media content, ensuring alignment with brand voice and audience needs.
- Analyze campaign metrics (ROI, CTR, CAC) using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush to refine strategies and report insights.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment.
- Stay updated on emerging trends (AI, automation, algorithm changes) to innovate marketing approaches.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, influencers, and vendors to amplify campaign reach.
- Oversee A/B testing initiatives for ads, landing pages, and emails to optimize performance.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry shifts to proactively adjust strategies.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success in managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
- Proficiency in social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer) and CMS (WordPress).
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills for creating engaging content.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills for team collaboration and client reporting.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Ads, or digital marketing are a plus.
