Role Overview
SpeakIn is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a strong academic foundation from a top-tier Indian college to lead and scale our digital marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in amplifying SpeakIn's brand presence across both B2B and B2C audiences through strategic digital campaigns, performance marketing, and data-driven content.
You will develop and execute integrated digital marketing plans that drive traffic, generate high-quality leads, and boost conversions across our learning and coaching programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end digital marketing strategy across channels including search, social, email, and performance marketing.
- Own and manage campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta platforms, and emerging digital channels to drive lead generation and revenue.
- Develop and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
- Plan and execute B2C and B2B campaigns targeting professionals, learners, coaching aspirants, and corporate clients.
- Create compelling landing pages, email sequences, and lead magnets to support conversion goals.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver high-performing creatives for ads, emailers, and digital assets.
- Monitor key funnel metrics and implement A/B testing, campaign optimization, and remarketing strategies.
- Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to generate insights and monthly performance reports.
- Work cross-functionally to promote flagship programs, expert-led events, assessments, and platform offerings.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, MarTech innovations, and consumer behavior to ensure cutting-edge campaigns.
Who You Are
- Graduate/Post-Graduate from a top-tier college preferred
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Strategic thinker with strong creative sensibility and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
