Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager located in Agra. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee and execute digital marketing campaigns, optimize performance using analytics, and develop strategic initiatives to increase brand visibility and lead generation. Responsibilities include managing social media platforms, driving audience engagement, handling lead generation initiatives, and developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing to enhance audience engagement and grow brand presence
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and performance marketing to drive campaign success and business growth
- Proven ability to support the Sales by generating qualified leads, assisting in nurturing prospects, and aligning marketing strategies with revenue objectives
- Proficiency in Web Analytics to measure, analyse, and optimize digital campaign performance
- Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising
- Strong content creation skills, including social media posts, blogs, ad copies, and campaign creatives
- Proficiency in graphic designing using tools such as Canva and similar digital design platforms
- Experience in creating AI-based video avatars and marketing videos using modern AI tools
- Ability to create professional marketing presentations using PowerPoint (PPT)
- Familiarity with additional digital marketing tools and automation platforms to improve campaign efficiency
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
Education Requirements
- Relevant experience in Digital Marketing or a related field with a solid track record of measurable success
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
