Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and paid media channels.
- Drive performance marketing initiatives focused on lead generation, conversion optimization, and brand awareness.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals to ensure efficient execution and continuous improvement.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize digital campaign performance using key metrics and actionable insights.
- Oversee content strategy and execution across digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, content, and design to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, implementing best practices where applicable.
- Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget to maximize ROI across campaigns.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, tracking KPIs and ROI for senior leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 8+ years of hands-on experience across core digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content, email, and analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage high-performing digital marketing teams.
- Proficiency in key marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, CRM platforms, and social media management tools.
- Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
