Job Description

We are a fast-growing UK online pharmacy and e-prescription platform known by pharamcies across the country. We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own our entire digital growth engine.

We have a B2B side of the business and a B2B2C aspect.

You will be the key person responsible for attracting qualified patients, generating leads, nurturing them through the funnel, and driving conversions all while staying fully compliant with UK healthcare advertising regulations

This is a high-impact role for someone who loves building systems in the Zoho ecosystem and delivering measurable ROI in a regulated, high-volume healthcare e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Zoho Ecosystem & Marketing Operations Full ownership and optimization of Zoho CRM, Zoho Social, Zoho Marketing Automation, Zoho Campaigns, and Zoho PageSense. Build advanced lead scoring, automated workflows, multi-channel campaigns, marketing dashboards, and seamless integrations across the Zoho suite to streamline marketing operations and deliver sales-ready leads.
  • Lead Funnel Design & Engagement Architect, implement, and continuously optimize end-to-end lead funnels from lead capture to nurturing, qualification, and handoff to the sales/clinical team. Create automated engagement journeys that move prospects smoothly toward booking consultations or placing orders.
  • SEO Strategy & Blog Content Own the complete SEO program, including keyword research, technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link building. Develop and execute a high-performing blog content strategy plan, brief, create (or manage creation of), and promote educational blog posts that drive organic traffic, build trust, and support our authority in online pharmacy and e-prescription services.
  • Social Media Content Creation & Strategy Lead social media strategy and execution across relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Create engaging content calendars, reels, carousels, stories, and community management that educate patients and generate qualified leads.
  • Landing Page Development & Conversion Optimization Design, build, A/B test, and optimize high-converting landing pages and website experiences using Zoho PageSense (heatmaps, session recordings, personalization, and CRO tools) to maximize conversions while maintaining full regulatory compliance.
  • PPC Campaigns (Google & Meta) Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Focus on efficient CPL, ROAS, and compliant healthcare messaging to drive qualified traffic and prescriptions.
  • Multi-Channel Lead Generation & Outbound Execute targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns, build and run cold email sequences (via Zoho Campaigns), and continuously test and implement creative new ways to generate high-quality leads (webinars, content upgrades, partnerships, referral programs, etc.).
  • Content & Campaign Compliance Ensure all marketing materials, ads, emails, blogs, and social content strictly adhere to UK healthcare advertising rules while remaining persuasive and patient-focused.

Must-Have Skills & Experience
  • 35+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce, healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated industries.
  • Expert-level proficiency in the Zoho suite specifically Zoho CRM, Zoho Social, Zoho Marketing Automation, Zoho Campaigns, and Zoho PageSense (you must have built funnels, automations, and campaigns in these tools).
  • Proven success managing SEO + blog strategy, Google Ads, and Meta Ads with clear ROI and compliance.
  • Strong copywriting skills for ads, emails, landing pages, social content, and blogs.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization and landing page tools.
  • Excellent understanding of GDPR, data privacy, and healthcare advertising regulations in the UK.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytics skills (Google Analytics 4, Zoho Analytics, etc.).
  • Self-starter who can work independently and deliver consistent results.
