About the Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Associate who can take ownership of execution and contribute to building high-performing digital systems.This is not a passive role. You'll be directly involved in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across platforms. If you're someone who just wants to learn, this isn't for you. What You'll Be Doing
- Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with brand strategy
- Work on lead generation funnels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, organic flows)
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data
- Assist in content planning, ideation, and campaign structuring
- Support multiple client projects across industries
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistency
- Continuously test new ideas, formats, and growth strategies
What We Expect
- Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing fundamentals
- Basic knowledge of paid ads, funnels, and content strategy
- Analytical mindset - you should care about numbers, not just visuals
- Ability to take ownership and meet deadlines without constant follow-ups
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work on-site in Jabalpur
