Job Description

Objectives of this role

* Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligning with the company's goals.

* Conduct market research, understand the target audience, and identify marketing and growth opportunities.

* Create and execute campaigns across various digital channels, like email, social media, paid advertising and search engine optimisation.

* Measure and analyse campaigns success using data and analytics tools.

* Lead client meetings and explain the campaign details to the client with key performance metrics (KPIs).

Your responsibilities

* Understand how ad creative elements perform for each unique advertising goal (traffic, conversions, and engagement).

* Track and analyse primary metrics, revenue and paid ad initiatives weekly and monthly.

* Experiment and implement innovative digital marketing strategies, tools and best practices to improve ROAS consistently.

* Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and new technologies, and make recommendations for how the company can stay ahead of the curve.

Required skills and qualifications

* A bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, English, Visual Design, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations.

* 5+ years of demonstrable experience in marketing or digital marketing roles.

* Knowledge of content management tools like CMS Hub, Squarespace, or WordPress.

* Excellent analytical skills to understand data, study metrics, and align strategies.

* Innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail and identifying trends.

* Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred skills and qualifications

* Relevant certificates like Google Analytics Certification, Google Ads Certification, and/or HubSpot's Inbound Certification Course.

* Familiarity with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEMRush.
