Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager at SalezShark, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SMO, SEM, meta ads, email marketing, and more. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving organic traffic to websites, generating high-quality leads, and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to optimize website content.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes.
  • Increase inflow of website traffic & leads using SEO best practices.

Social Media Optimization (SMO):

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage and optimize social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Create compelling content for social media posts and monitor social media analytics.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

  • Plan and execute effective paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of SEM campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work on optimizing ad spend to achieve maximum ROI.

Meta Ads:

  • Develop and implement meta advertising campaigns to enhance online visibility.
  • Create engaging ad copy and monitor campaign performance.

Email Marketing:

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with the audience.
  • Segment and target email campaigns based on user behavior and preferences.

Lead Generation:

  • Drive initiatives to increase organic traffic and generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Analyze lead generation metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Explore opportunities to expand our reach through online events and collaborations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SMO, SEM, meta ads, and email marketing best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing strategies.
  • Experience in conducting webinars and podcasts is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a startup environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
