Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh, India, for a Digital Marketing Manager. The role involves developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies, overseeing social media campaigns, analyzing web analytics to optimize performance, and driving lead generation initiatives. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen the company's online presence and ensure that marketing goals align with overall business objectives.

Shift: Night Shift (7:30pm - 3:30am)

Qualifications

• Expertise in Digital Marketing and Lead Generation
• Experience in Social Media Marketing and crafting effective campaigns
• Proficiency in Web Analytics tools to track and analyze digital performance
• Strong Marketing background with skills in creating strategic plans
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management abilities
• Ability to analyze and act on data to drive results and improve marketing ROI
• Familiarity with the IT and offshoring industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
