Job Summary
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing Moolaah's digital growth strategy through social media planning, SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and marketing automation.
Job Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy Content Planning (Primary Responsibility)
- Plan and manage the complete social media strategy for Moolaah across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Develop monthly content calendars, campaign strategies, and growth initiatives .
- Work closely with design and content teams to produce engaging, educational, and high-performing content .
- Monitor social media performance including engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversions .
- Identify content trends, viral formats, and platform opportunities to increase organic reach and brand visibility .
- Ensure social media content is optimized using SEO and AEO principles for better discoverability .
- SEO AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies .
- Optimize website and blog content for Google search as well as AI-based answer engines .
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as Semrush .
- Implement structured data, schema markup, internal linking strategies, and other technical SEO improvements.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and AI search trends .
- Marketing Automation Technology
- Build and manage marketing automation workflows for lead generation and nurturing.
- Work with tools such as HubSpot, Zapier, Interakt, and other automation platforms .
- Implement and manage Meta Conversion API (CAPI) integrations and tracking setups .
- Set up automated email campaigns, WhatsApp marketing workflows, and lead management systems .
- Explore and implement AI-powered tools to enhance marketing productivity and automation .
- Website Technical Optimization
- Work on WordPress website optimization and performance improvements .
- Implement SEO updates, landing page optimizations, and content structure improvements.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure technical health, speed optimization, and Core Web Vitals compliance .
- Performance Analysis Reporting
- Track and analyze performance across social media, SEO, and marketing automation systems.
- Monitor key marketing KPIs including traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
- Generate performance reports and identify growth opportunities through data insights.
Qualifications And Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and SEO.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and organic growth techniques .
- Excellent knowledge of SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and search engine algorithms .
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems .
- Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Zapier, Interakt, or similar platforms .
- Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, and other SEO tools .
- Familiarity with WordPress website management .
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure .
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in AI tools, marketing automation, and emerging digital marketing technologies .
