Job Purpose
Imago & Getter is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to drive digital visibility, website traffic, and qualified lead generation. This role will play an important part in building traction for the new website and supporting business growth through digital channels.
The ideal candidate should be execution-focused, digitally strong, and comfortable working across performance marketing, SEO, LinkedIn, website content coordination, analytics, and lead generation. This is not a pure social media role. The requirement is for someone who can help turn digital platforms into a meaningful source of awareness, engagement, and business inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing activities across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Support SEO planning and implementation, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, content recommendations, and coordination for technical updates
- Work closely on website growth initiatives, including landing pages, lead forms, campaign pages, and conversion improvement
- Build and manage digital campaigns aimed at generating qualified B2B leads
- Create and manage monthly digital communication calendars aligned with marketing priorities and business objectives
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners for content, design, website updates, campaign assets, and execution
- Track and monitor campaign performance across traffic, conversions, leads, engagement, and cost metrics
- Set up and manage analytics and tracking tools such as GA4, Search Console, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and campaign conversion tracking
- Support the brand's digital presence through LinkedIn content, website content updates, and thought-leadership-led communication
- Align digital initiatives with offline marketing activities, exhibitions, sales priorities, and product communication requirements
- Prepare regular performance reports with clear observations, learnings, and actionable recommendations
Key Skills and Experience Required
- 35 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, keyword planning, and website optimisation
- Experience working with Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and campaign reporting dashboards
- Understanding of landing pages, lead funnels, remarketing, and conversion optimisation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and execute with speed and accuracy
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a growing business environment with evolving priorities
Preferred Background
- Experience in B2B marketing
- Exposure to healthcare, pharma, industrial, technical, cleanroom, or compliance-led categories will be an advantage
- Experience coordinating with agencies, freelancers, developers, or designers
- Ability to understand technical offerings and translate them into clear and effective digital communication
