Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager specializing in Performance, Growth & Automation, located in Mumbai. Responsibilities include developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing lead generation initiatives, overseeing social media and email marketing campaigns, optimizing web analytics, and ensuring the growth and scalability of digital marketing efforts. The role requires a strong focus on driving measurable results, improving conversion rates, and maximizing campaign performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Digital Marketing, including performance marketing strategies and innovative online campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation to build audience engagement and drive conversions
  • Proficiency in Marketing and Web Analytics tools to measure and enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in the education, wine, or beverage industry is preferred but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise Meta and Google ad campaigns across the full funnel to drive leads, conversions, and revenue.
  • Manage and optimise the website and landing pages for UX, speed, SEO, analytics, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Drive YouTube growth and monetisation through SEO, content optimisation, ads, and remarketing funnels.
  • Build and manage automated WhatsApp and email funnels for lead nurturing, onboarding, upselling, and re-engagement.
  • Execute SEO strategies to grow organic traffic, rankings, and high-intent leads.
  • Use AI tools to improve efficiency across ads, content, SEO, reporting, and workflows.
  • Track performance, analyse data, and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and brand teams to support overall growth objectives.
