Job Role: Digital Marketing Manager
Experience: 5 - 8 years
Location: Peenya, Bangalore (WFO - 6 days)
About the role
This individual will be responsible for leading the digital brand strategies, marketing plans, to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Campaigns
Execute digital campaigns in line with Seasonal & Regular Campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engage the target audience
Content & Creative support
Developing content via shoots/influencers etc for digital platforms for each brand in coordination with creative agencies and outside vendors.
Support internal teams in development of POSM, product launches, photoshoots etc.
Social Media & PR
Developing innovative strategies to drive awareness & engagement on digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Coordinating with agencies to execute digital initiatives.
Coordinate PR activations with the agency
Qualifications
MBA or Equivalent in Marketing
5-8 years experience in Digital Marketing roles or worked in a Client facing profile at Advertising Agencies
Preferred Industries: Footwear, Retail, Lifestyle brands
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
Needs to have good communication and inter-personal skills
Should be a self-starter
Should be able to manage multiple stakeholders
Reporting Structure
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer.
